Wine Cellar Creations

Cavavin cabinets and cellars are built to high CSA approved standards. They use high quality components specially assembled to ensure optimum performance and ease of maintenance. All models come fully assembled, except for the modular walk-in wine cellars. Cavavin wine cabinets have a 5-year manufacturers warranty on the compressor and 1 year on parts.

Cooling units include a gravity device and a ventilation system. The climate control cycle starts with a cooling period during which the temperature inside the cabinet is brought down to the desired level. As a result, condensation forms on a humid plate located inside the cabinet. Once the desired temperature is reached, the unit cycles off and the evaporation of the condensate begins. Excess humidity is eliminated through an evaporation drain located at the back. The cycle then repeats itself. All wine cellars come with digital thermostats specially designed to maintain a temperature ranging from 7°C to 17°C (43°F to 63°F).

BONUS! All Cavavin wine cellars now come with wine management software configured to all Cavavin models, a $114 value. The software was developed by Crus & Saveurs and is compatible with Palm software
